1. Services Provided

Platinum Foto Events LLC offers photography services for weddings and events. Due to the nature of our services, refunds and returns are subject to specific conditions outlined below.

5. Artistic Domain

Platinum Foto Events LLC retains full artistic domain over the photography process and final images. Our photographers will use their professional judgment and discretion to capture the best moments of your event. Any reasonable arrangements required by client made in writing, we will be happy to photograph the required group and or people involved. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to our creative approach and artistic style.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

Upon signing the contract, a non-refundable deposit required to secure the booking for your event. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of services.

3. Non-Refundable Retainers and Payments

All retainers and payments made for booking our photography services are non-refundable. This policy is due to the time and resources reserved specifically for your event.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing. Retainers and payments already made are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to our availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Product Returns

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, such as digital images and online galleries, returns are not possible once the product has been delivered.
  • Physical Products: If you receive a damaged or defective physical product (e.g., photo prints, albums), please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions on how to return the product and issue a replacement, Shipping label will be provided.

6. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective physical product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@platinumfotoevents.com with your order number, details of the product, and a description of the issue.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
  3. Shipping: Return the product in its original packaging, including all materials and documentation.

7. Fees and Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs: Platinum Foto Events will provide a Shipping label for return of the product.
  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for our products.
